2. Legal Basis

These actions constitute a violation of my legal rights, including but not limited to defamation (libel) and harassment. Under applicable law, the publication of false statements that damage a person's reputation or livelihood is actionable. Furthermore, the ongoing use of my likeness or name in a deceptive manner may constitute a violation of privacy or publicity rights.

3. Demands

I hereby demand that you:

• Immediately remove all offending materials from all platforms under your control.
• Cease and Desist from any further publication of false or misleading information about me.
• Provide written confirmation of your compliance with these demands by February 12th 2026

4. Warning of Legal Consequences

Be advised that I am monitoring this situation closely. Failure to comply with these demands within the timeframe specified will result in immediate further action, which may include filing a lawsuit for injunctive relief, monetary damages, and attorney's fees.

This letter is sent without prejudice to my rights and remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.
