SWAT Sweetie

Kimberley pays tribute to the dedicated men and women of the force in a black backless SWAT themed zippered halter bustier top, a matching bikini bottom with strap accents at each side, and a grey beanie in Salt Lake City, Utah

By modeling a police inspired lingerie outfit, Kimberley is bringing awareness to a cause that is silent. Women in law enforcement face a silent revolution in gender equality. Feminine behavior or a feminine demeanor is seen to negatively affect their ability to do their job. The perception is that a woman will not get a perp to cooperate by batting her eyelashes and speaking sweetly. Law enforcement is a male-dominated environment and women feel the need to act or appear more masculine so that they arent seen as weak.

Having to deal with (mentally and physically) rapists, murderers, pimps, thieves, and mentally ill people? Check. Having to deal with prejudice, sexism, and misogyny in their own precincts? Check. Having to deal with other competitive females within their own circle who will not think twice about turning on each other for petty reasons? Double check.

It is a pretty hard life. These brave women not only watching your back - they have to watch their own back as well. 10-4. Roger that.
