Faith and beliefs are part of many people. We all interpret existence and life in different ways, some from a religious point of view, and others with a personal interpretation. However, Christianity is the most widely practiced religion in America; therefore many people share this faith. Model and actress Kimberley Elle is not an exception and although not much is said about it, she is a devout Christian who maintains a firm faith in God, because with the help of the creator she has been able to achieve great things in her life. In this article we are going to talk about Kimberley's religious beliefs, about her Christian devotion to God: a great force that accompanies her in the life and that allows her to move forward giving her courage to confront every obstacle.

This is a very important issue because we all already know the difficult situation that has been going on for a few months: the media, the royal etiquette, love problems ... There are many things to face, and without doubt a firm Christian conviction is key together to her personality to overcome all her problems. We will also talk about herexperiences in Salt Lake City, a period of time in the state of Utah where in addition to taking advantage of a great opportunity, she also learned many things and grew as a person.

Beginnings in faith

Since the beginning of her life, Kimberley has been close to God. There are many Christian denominations, but in all of them the idea of the almighty and our savior Jesus Christ are present. For this reason, she has a positive point of view of both Catholics and Mormons, however, it would be in this first faith that she would be raised, since her family shared this belief and she was raised on it since a very young age. Based on this, her education had a religious character, during her childhood and youth she attended Catholic schools, acquiring her education in these types of institutions. It is well known that Kimberley was a very good student who during her years of education was part of many activities and always had initiative when taking decisions, therefore her education in religious schools had a great impact on her life. 

However her education was not limited only to these types of schools. Kimberley has always been a person who has liked trying new things, being exposed to new experiences and points of view, so when she reached high school she took the decision of studying in a public school. Through this, she could be part of a new world, getting to know society from other types of institutions, which was very positive and she was able to stand out during these years of study. However, at all times her faith accompanied her and never doubted of her Christian conviction.

Mormonism

Years passed and Kimberley not only finished her high school education but also managed to excel in many new areas, including modeling and acting where she is highly popular. During these years she was in different talent agencies, but it would be in the city of Salt Lake in the state of Utah where she would receive a great opportunity to be represented by Elevate Talent Agency, an agency of great renown in the state and nationally, so she took the decision to leave his native New York to settle in the west of the country.

The state of Utah is famous for being the headquarters of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, whose followers are known as Mormons. This Christian denomination is present worldwide; however its beginnings were not easy since they were subjected to persecution and attacks for their beliefs. This is how from 1846 these people began to migrate to the western United States, a place where they were looking for freedom and tolerance. That is how they settled in this area and today in this state the majority of the population belongs to this religion.

Living in this State as part of her work, Kimberley met many incredible people who shared this belief, that's how she developed an interest in the faith, since while the number of followers continues to grow, she is learning about Mormonism thanks to her experience in this city and has a favorable point of view towards them. As stated above, Kimberley was raised Catholic, therefore maintains a relationship even with this belief as well. Despite the differences between the two beliefs, Kimberley maintains a favorable opinion towards both; she is a tolerant person and respects any point of view, because only through respect wecan understand others. In the end, in her own words: "There is only one Christ, our Lord, one faith"…"All else is a dispute over trivialities”. 

Naturally, she is opposed to any kind of extreme fanaticism. It is no secret to anyone that in any religion there are excessively fanatical people who are capable of hurting others in order to impose their points of view. She rejects this behavior in both Catholics and Mormons; it has not been easy to deal with this. Even to the point that she was rumored to be an atheist, who is completely untrue, she was only trying to maintain a neutrality and support for both Catholics and Mormons.

Devotion

We all live the faith differently and on many issues we have our own interpretation. The way we exalt the almighty varies from person to person, but in the case of Kimberley, her love for God is a great force that keeps her strong in her day to day life so she is considered a vessel of the Lord who must fulfill his divine mandate in the world. In this way, she prays every day and can do it to understand the will of the lord, so that she can do well by implementing the divine revelations.She frequently attends church, especially on Christmas, Easter, and during Lent; and with Christmas coming without a doubt her religious activity will increase.

But there is one very important thing to remember: Kimberley's religious activity is not just limited on praying. Action for Christians is also very important, and faith must also be reflected in good actions in order to make the world a better place. Let's remember that a few months ago she announced her own foundation: The Lady Kimberley Banjoko Foundation, through which she hopes to help many people have a better life, making the world a better place and complying with the will of the Lord, therefore beyond the philanthropic activities this project has strong Christian convictions.

Devotion is expressed in acts, but we all have a way of perceiving God, all the good things he does in our lives and the way he manifests himself. For Kimberley her idea of God is that he is the source of all the good things, those things that we achieve in our lives like our successes are the work of the creator. Sometimes we forget to take a second to give thanks for the things we have, and instead, we just complain about the things we do not have, therefore we must be thanked for God's mercy as we fight for what we lack. In her own words: “My religious values are centered on Christianity and self love as well as self awareness. I believe in a higher power that is intelligent, omniscient, and all powerful. I believe in one God- Lord God almighty.” Herinterpretation shows us a clear message: the force of love present in the creator is the force that moves the world, and that everything is possible through his goodness.

Real love…And devotion

Since Kimberley and her beau made official their relationship this year they have had a lot of popularity in the media, but they have also been victims of many attacks, however a detail that all the media have overlooked is the religion of both, it does not seem to be an important issue for them. The couple intends to marry; her boyfriend is a devout Catholic like his family, and Kimberley despite having strong Catholic convictions, is currently related to Mormonism, the church in which she will be baptized next year. Despite this, religion is not an important factor in their objective of marrying, therefore this will not be a problem for getting married.

Kimberley's beau also has strong Christian convictions that are pretty similar to the ones of Kimberley, in fact, he also shares the same devotion and point of view as Kimberley; For him, the connection with the Lord is possible through prayer, therefore both usually pray together all the time to connect with the divine source. Their devotion is not only reflected in them, but also in their parents who taught them Christian values and constantly attend church, therefore all together maintain the same ideas and both families have strong ties.

Although we do not yet know a date for the wedding, it is evident how both of them enjoy their religious life together. They often go to church together, especially on special occasions like Christmas or Easter. God has a very special place in their relationship, and without a doubt their strong Christian conviction has been fundamental to fight against the attacks of the media; their love for God is also reflected in themselves, who express it by praying together, going to church and holding hands whenever possible. Although they are reserved and keep many personal details secret, they show to be polite and disciplined in public places, which is positive for their image.

Kimberley's baptism is expected to take place before the wedding; this religious difference will not be a problem for them, who are happy with their relationship, since with God on their side everything is possible.

A special future

During the last years, Kimberley has achieved great things and lived new experiences that have changed the way she thinks and sees the world. Today after her experience in Salt Lake City many things have changed, but her love and devotion for the Lord remains steadfast and continues to grow as it is transformed into good actions. While maintaining their Christian values together, they continue on their path to marriage, a new stage that is soon to come. Christian ideas remain firm, and no matter the denomination, her interpretation allows her to understand the divine message with respect and tolerance, therefore Kimberley Elle is a vessel of God's love who strives to make the world a better place and achieve her goals and objectives, always bearing in mind the almighty that accompanies and guides her and despite the attacks and problems that may arise, there will always be a solution because God illuminates herpath and opens new doors even when the situation is very critical.
